Refunds policy
No refunds will be accepted for any products for hygiene purposes, however we are more than welcome to make changes for orders that are placed within a day if mistakes occur. If any products are delivered faulty please contact the business through our Instagram DM. We can offer replacements if products are damaged however we cannot garuntee you will get the exact product again as soon as possible as we are a small business that hand make all formulas so stock may not always be available.
